Custom WP Query
Clicking on the funnel icon next to the content type opens up a panel for writing your custom WP Query for the post type you would have selected from the dropdown.
You can build your custom query using any of the WordPress standard parameters for query arguments, to read more details on all the available parameters for your custom arguments you can follow WordPress default codex here WP_Query
Example of a WooCommerce Product Custom Query String
tax_query[0][taxonomy]=product_cat&tax_query[0][terms][]=clothing&tax_query[0][field]=slug
